Participation
Users of the Club site may choose to become paying or non-paying members. Membership of either class is required to post messages on the Club site. Non-paying members shall have fewer, restricted privileges than paying members. Non-paying members shall not attempt to acquire paying-member privileges without paying Club dues.

Members are encouraged to communicate with each other via Club's message boards. Posted messages must be relevant to the subject at hand. Contributing to a hostile, offensive or intimidating online environment is prohibited. Profanity may appear on the site, and may occur at any place. Over-use of profanity is prohibited.

Disciplinary action
Violations of these terms may subject the member to the suspension or termination of his membership without notice. Memberships terminated for cause shall not receive a refund of any monies paid to Club.

Club Product Sales and Delivery
Club may offer various products and services to members and non-members, some of which at additional cost. Club startup phase is defined as date of founding through June 13, 2006. Products and services supplied by Club may be subject to extended delivery times during Club startup phase.

Non-Club Product Sales and Delivery
Club may also offer products and services supplied by other businesses not under Club control. Users of Club site shall be subject to legal and privacy policies of Non-Club sellers. Such non-Club product and service listings will include the name of the non-Club seller and, wherever possible, a link to seller's web site.

Links to other sites
Some of the links made available to you through Club's internet pages will allow you to leave the Club site. The internet sites available through these links, and the material that you may find there, are not under the control of Club. Accordingly, Club is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not make any representation to you about these sites or the materials available there. That Club has made these links available to you is not an endorsement or recommendation to you by Club of any of these sites or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. Club shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. Additionally, Club shall not be responsible or liable for any of the content you may provide. Club is providing these links only as a convenience to you.

Third party intellectual property policy
Individuals who believe that their intellectual property rights have been infringed either on the internet or through online services provided by Club may contact Club and request that the infringing material be removed or access to it blocked. Club will investigate those complaints. Where Club is satisfied that the infringement is taking place, it will take appropriate action.
